Mobile Loan Signings:

Signature Squad will meet signees at their preferred location. Their work office, a local coffee shop, their new home, in a parking lot; where ever they prefer to get the signing completed and them back to their lives. I am open to accommodate most situations.

Check In Process:

Signature Squad will check in with you 24 hours prior to our scheduled appointment to ensure you have reviewed your loan documents and approve. Tips for reviewing loan documents are to review loan amount, interest amount, repayment amount, and monthly payments. Signature Squad is an independent contractor and we are unable to explain loan terms and conditions. If you have any questions about your loan terms and conditions, we would be happy with directing you to your loan agent for answers. Signature Squad will initiate communication within 24 hours from your “book now” request to ensure a timely and seamless transaction for all parties involved.

Signing Process:

One of our highly trained and dedicated professional agents will meet you at your destination of choice to complete your loan signing. We will arrive with the documents in hand and indications where you will need to sign. We ask that you have the proper Identification present as this information will be needed and recorded to complete the notarization of the loan documents. Please see our FAQs page for more information on Acceptable ID Forms. All parties must be present in person unless otherwise indicated to the title company prior to setting the appointment. All parties must be in agreeance with the loan documents in order for the notarization to be completed, if our agent feels at any time during the transaction that one or more parties are hesitant the agent will stop all proceedings and ask for you to contact your title company to discuss before resuming signing.

Check Out Process:

Signature Squad will check out with you once all of your documents have been returned to the lender. We will send an “all clear” automated text message to any phone number you request letting you know that all documents are returned to the lender and our transaction has been completed. We ask you to leave us a friendly review once you receive this text message to let others know how your process went.
